Disabling storage vMotion on single VM

Good afternoon.

Is there any way of diabling storage vMotion on a single VM without having to disable Host vMotion as well?  I know it can be achieved by adding a new role and disabling the resource privileges but this prevents both storage and host vMotion.

We are using 6.5.

Better and most recommended is to use VM-Host anti affinity rule so that in case if the ESXi host goes down then only VM will restart on another ESXi host else it will be running on the selected ESXi host.
