We have noticed discrepancies in the last delivered OSR reports, hence we have stopped releasing new reports.
Now we have addressed OSR related issues. We will be releasing new OSR reports at different stages.
You should be receiving fresh reports and should be able to login to download the new OSR in the next few days.

The error messages seems to indicate a connectivity problem with our back-end servers.
Could you please provide the relevant EA number to help us track the status of the OSR .

Kishore, I received a notification of a PM in these forums but I am unable to view any messages? I did try to access the OSR report again and now I do get a prompt to download my report but when I do I get the below message?

I'm pretty sure I found the reason why I do not have an OSR.
According to Report download error It takes 3 weeks to generate your first OSR. I installed earlier this week.
Hopefully they fix the Download button and the info on the date of the available report.

We have raised a feature request to our engineering team to have this addressed. So that the Download page or Download option should be available only once the first 3 weeks is completed and the OSR has been published.
I get this error as well. I have been more than 3 weeks, and have downloaded reports before.
