epops-agent error VCSA 6.5

I have a strange problem with epops-agent version 6.7 rpm installed on VCSA 6.5 appliance. The agent was installed using rpm package which filled up message.log file with error code as per below. The only way to delete the log and uninstall the rpm was from grub loader shell but still its filling up message with same error code.

I have checked the install path /opt/vmware/epops-agent/, this path does not exit after rpm uninstall. Not sure where else to check, please help.

error code:

epops-agent[1240]: Enter the server hostname or IP address: Enter the server hostname or IP address: Enter the server hostname or IP address: Enter the server hostname or IP address: Enter the server hostname or IP address: Enter the server hostname or IP address: Enter the server

The EOPS agent is not supported on the VCSA. In fact VMware do not support any agents ( theirs or 3rd party) installed on the the vcsa

What makes the even crazier VMware do not document this publicly. But you can install agents and they might work but if you ring GSS and the see the agent they will not support the vcsa even tho you didnt see any documentation to say it is not supported in the first place.

We got this info from our TAM

You can get support if you make an RPQ to GSS. I've not tried the EpOps agent 6.7, but previous versions worked fine on vCSA 6.5.

The VMware support team were able to clean-up the agent.  Did any got SDDC management pak able to monitor VCSA services successfully?
