vrops datastore super metric

I have created a SM

(${this, metric=capacity|total_capacity})-(${this, metric=capacity|total_capacity}*0.15)-(${this, metric=diskspace|disktotal})

I can visualise it when creating the SM by selecting a datastore and am getting the data back as expected.

I save it and associate it to the datastore object and then enable the datastore supermetric in the policy

The problem i have is i never see that super metric on the datastore object when creating a view or a datastore in the environment tab under all metric

Am i missing something?

Hi, could you please recheck one more time to make sure that you have enable it in correct policy?

Is the metric listed in All Metrics. If yes, can you run a redescribe operation in your environment.

Steps are here - vRealize Operations Manager Adapter Redescribe https://pubs.vmware.com/vrealizeoperationsmanager-6/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.vmware.vcom.core.doc%2FGU...
