Unable to access Admin Portal on vROPS 6.3.0

I'm able to login using the normal https://vrops/ui login for the front-end, but i'm unable to access the ../admin portal page.

I'm noticing the vRealize Operations Manager Admin UI service looks to be greyed out for health, i've rebooted this single node VM and it still does not come online, does anyone know how i can go about starting this Admin UI service from the CLI? Thanks!

It should come up as part of the appliance, and so because it does not would seem to indicate there is a problem somewhere. What does the Self Health dashboard show?

Only service that shows down is the vRealize Operations Admin UI​.

Check logs in the main UI to see what might be causing that.

Looked in adminui.log only thing noted for today was:

That's an old release so I'm not sure. Have you opened a support case?
