How can I get maximum virtual disk throughput and IOPS in vcenter

Hi,

I wanted the maximum values of virtual disk throughput and iops for a virtual machine in vCenter. I found the counters for average "virtualDisk.write.average", "virtualDisk.read.average" , "virtualDisk.numberReadAveraged.average" , "virtualDisk.numberWriteAveraged.average". Are there any counters to get the maximum for the same. If not then, how can I get it?

Hallo!

I believe you should be very careful with changing the settings for throughput.

I want to know what settings need to be changed for getting maximum values of throughput and IOPS in vcenter? And is it possible or not to get maximum? Averages are available.
