Which event and or task types should I filter for, If I want to get only the user prompted changes, poweron/off, additions, deletions, reconfigurations etc of host, vm, datastore etc, where something like alarms, warnings, disconnecting or connecting or similar events are excluded?
I am trying to make a regular audit report, and am just having an insane loss at attempting to figure out which event types do what, what to filter with and where to go. There is just too much.
Whether it is get-vievent or get-view using the event manager, I am simply at a loss.
Any help would be much appreciated.
