vCSA is collection of services, and one function includes multiple services, you can create a script to monitor each of those services, but its a lot of effort.. as each service in vcsa runs as a daemon or process, even if a process is degraded or throwing error it is still running in memory
in short yes it is possible, but you need indepth knowledge of each process and its states to create a script
