vCenter changing VMs folder logging

I have the need to determine who moved a VM from one folder to another.  It doesn't appear that these tasks are logged to tasks or events.  Does anyone know how to get this information historically or at least for moving forward?  I am running VCSA 6.5 with an external PSC and ESXi 6.5.

Do you have your logs being forward to Log Insight? It's possible this is exposed in one of the logs captured by the agent (possibly not sent by the syslog daemon).
