Hello,

Would anybody know how to move data from hard disk 1 to hard disk 2 on virtual machine (VM ware workstation 12)?

Can you please clarify what exactly you need?

If it is about copying data from one virtual disk to another, then you can do this from within the gust OS.

If you want to change the virtual disk location in the VM's settings (e.g. swap vDisk 1 with vDisk2) the please attach the VM's configuration (.vmx) file, as well as its vmware.log file to a reply post. Ensure that you don't disclose any usernames/passwords with these files (often found in the "Annotations").

Thank you for your reply. I wanted to transfer all the data from hard disk 1(SCSI) to hard disk 2(SCSI). Both of them are 1.5TB. The data that I want to trasnfer is 1.46T.
