VDP 6.1 Appliance not backing up virtual machine's harddrive

I am using VDP 6.1 Appliance to backup my VM's , for all VM's its working well however for one specific machine when I run backup it shows backup completed but when I click restore option and select date there is no harddisc to restore.

Can anyone help in this issue ?

Simplest option: Get away from VDP and use something else. As you may know, it's not being offered anymore. There are far better products on the market with far better reliability. Pick one.
