Management pack for vRealize Orchestrator

Has anyone got this actually working?
I'm running vRO 7.3 and vROps 6.7. Install the pack per the user guide, ran the connection/discovery workflows and I verified the new vRO stuff was created and I can "see" the workflows in vROps; however, when I try to run a workflow action from within vROps, the action status just shows "Running" and it never actually completes (or even errors out for that matter-- I need to bounce vRO to get vROps to stop the task.).
I'm trying to create an automated task in vROps that will automatically remove all snapshots from a VM when an alert triggers on a VM.
