Reclaimable vCPUs via PowerCLI

Trying to grab the number of reclaimable vCPUs for a specific virtual machine from Operations Manager using PowerCLI.  I thought it would be the stat key: cpu|numberToRemove, but the result I get does not match the number that is reported if I login into the Operations Manager web interface and browse to the Optimize Performance Overview page (Version 6.7).  Ultimately working on a script that shuts down my development VMs on a routine basis (monthly or bi-monthly) and adjust the CPUs based on the reclaimable vCPU number generated by Ops Manager.  Any pointers?
