Hosts / cluster where the NSX manager was installed were removed from the cluster and placed back into the cluster. Noted duplicate certificate entries per host. This action also caused sync issues between the primary and secondary NSX as logical switches created on the primary NSX were not replicated over to the secondary NSX.
