Export reports to a Web Server

Guys, our mgmt. team are not so happy with the amount of e-mailing of reports going through our mail system (in general not just vRops). Most other teams have started exporting the scheduled reports to a web server where they can either be viewed natively (if report in html) or downloaded. Is it possible to export a scehuled report to a UNC location or web server in HTML format rather then e-mailing in CSV or PDF ?

Yep, this is also possible. Define you a new outbound instance under Administration -> Management. There are lots of options, including network share.

Then schedule the report you want and choose that saved outbound instance you just defined. In the case of a network share, it'll drop it onto that path at the scheduled time.
