Internet not reaching Kali Guest on Windows 10 Host while using bridged adapter setting on VMware Pro 14

I am a novice to virtual machines, however, i had this problem on virtualbox and decided to switch to VMware hoping to have a better experience, however the problem is repeating itself on both platforms, it is not clear to me at all why?

Do you mean your Kali VM can't can't get on the Internet?

What are the results of ifconfig and toute -n on the Kali VM and ipconfig/all on the W10 host?

Hello, yes kali could not get on the internet, i believe this is due to trying to use bridge connection option to bridge wifi into my vm(i have been told you can't bridge wifi), using the nat connection option instead of bridged fixed this, i don't need a bridged connection so this is fine.
