Have you run rescan disks inside your OS?

Yes. when i am trying to add those disks, its shown blank not detect the extension. i have also move those vmdk files to other database with separate folder but same issue.

I think it will be easier to use a backup system in order to first backup your disk from the OS, and then restore the backup to another VM.

For example, Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows FREE or dougaya, with which you usually work.

To create vmdk files, I use paragon hard disk manager.

I ahve physical server with SAP cluster and when we try to migrate from P2V the SAN disk auto removed and reinstall every minutes so the conversion failed. I have migrated all drivesm using Diskto VHD/VMDk but not detect in vmware

Write in detail what you are doing and what you want to get in the end.

Because transferring a disk is not the same as VM migration.

I have one physical server with 6 drives.

4 drives mapped from SAN and this drivers are clusters.  I have tried to migrate full physical servers to VM but not sucess. i have only convert the OS drive like C/D and i am able to boot the VM with C and D drive. Now I want those 4 drives in this VM.

so i have convert those drives one by one to VMDK using diskvhd utility. after conversation i have upload the same files to database of vsphre and trying to add those HDD to VM but the disk shown blank.

"4 drives mapped from SAN and this drivers are clusters" - tell me about this in more detail.

4 drivers are cluster means this drives auto moves to other servers if this server down. This drive only active to one server.

OK. And now explain how drives can migrate to other servers if you claim that you have only one server.

The other servers in not live. Its removed. so nned to migrate this server to VM.

Now it became more clear.

As I understand, you are not going to restore the cluster in a virtual infrastructure. Then it's easier.

Depending on how you have these four disks connected, you can add them to ESXi as RDM disks without converting them.

Each disk is a separate LUN on the datastore?

all disks are separate LUN on server.  actually i am trying tom convert the same to vmdk because i do not want to disturbed the current setup. will shutdown the physical server after running of SAP appl. in VM

You can of course copy all data from these disks to newly created VM disks. Including using a backup system. But the option with RDM seems to me more preferable.
