Connection between SRM and ESXi

Hi all

is there any connection between SRM and ESXi hosts?when just using array based replication?

I use srm version 6.1.1 and my vcs is 6.0 u2 and i want to know can i upgrade my esxi 6.0 update 3?

in compatibility matrix said it does not support but why?

Because you must upgrade to SRM 6.1.2 first as indicated in the matrix.

Thank you, but i dont want to upgrade my vcs, i have vcs 6.0 update 2

and i want to know is it required to provide access for srm to esxi host?

You need to upgrade your vCenter to U3 before you upgrade your ESXi hosts to U3.
