Keyboard not working after Convert from Phisical to Virtual.

Hi,

I made a physical machine to Virtual one for workstation but the keyboard not working at all. Mouse  is fine but I have to use screen keyboard in order to be bale to write something.

It's a W 10 machine and I try to add /remove the USB but the same problem.

Any ideas?

What do you see in Device Manager, both under HID and Keyboards?

Hi,

Was this a laptop where you did a P2V conversion? If that's the case, did it have a synaptic touchpad driver?

If there's a yes to both questions then it is most likely that the synaptic drivers are interfering and the way to fix that is by completely uninstalling the synaptic software from your VM.
