Good day! I would like to know if there will be an issue if i run 2 instances of vRealize Operations Manager in 1 vCenter Server Instance? I'm planning to run a VOA Program to a client that has already a vROPS instance used in PRoduction. To be safe, I want to have another instance of VOPS to be used for TESTING. Thanks
Nope, it shouldn't be a problem. If you're using a version earlier than 6.6, make sure to supply knowingly "wrong" credentials when it comes to registering the appliance so it won't overwrite the extension from the other system. If on 6.6, you're ok because it no longer registers that extension.
Does it mean i need to create another user in vCenter other than the admin user used in the first vrops instance?
No, you can use the same user account.
