I have only VM name with me now, how can I get datastore, datacenter name, cluster name, Esxi name etc using PowerCli ?

I have only VM name with me now, how can I get datastore, datacenter name, cluster name, Esxi name etc using PowerCli  for that particular VM ?

Using above information my plan is to automate CPU, Memory and vmdk file modification of a VM.

Kindly help me to get the poercli code for the same.

There must be hundreds of VM reports in this community, did you do a search?

You can start with something like this Re: PowerCLI Report :Getting inventory VMs from ESX cluster hosts  and then tell us what you're still missing.
