In sphere web client, as I click on host & cluster view and then I click on "Monitor" Tab it shows nothing. All the other tab works fine like manage, summary etc.

Please try first clear browser cache and restart web client service or reboot VC : VMware Knowledge Base

If above will not help maybe try different browser.
