more information:

.vmem file size is creating with the actual allocated memory size of 8gb, but the .vmsn file size is in MBs or KBs - what could be wrong here. Need an urgent help. Thanks

Hi
what you describe is expected behaviour - there is nothing to be worried about.
vmem - size of allocated vRAM so typically a few Gb.
vmsn - typically a few MB
