User profile not located on writable volume

I'm having a problem using App Volumes 2.13.2 where the writable volume is connecting to my instant clone but the user profile isn't being written to c:\snapvolumestemp\writable\ . I'm using the template UIA+profile template. Should I not be able to see the user profile being written to c:\snapvolumestemp\writable\?

After reading the log file it seems like it should be working. Has anyone seen this before?

I'll add that i can type the location into windows explorer and the folder opens. It even works if I redirect the Outlook OST to it using UEM but the it doesn't seem to contain user settings.

I'm not sure if that additional information fits the symptoms in that link or not. The folder isn't visible but still accessible.

Oh ok. Could you post the scservice.log file from agent VMs please.

Just for the record. If you would like to see the content of your writable just make sure to attach it to a machine that does not have Appvolumes Agent installed. This way it will show you a disk and within that disk there is one specific folder called svroot. This is the information stored in your writable (or at least the file system structure).

When you look at any disk in a machine that has an appvolumes agent it will merge the information so you don't have a good view of what is actually stored on either a writable or an appstack.

When logging out and back in do you receive your personal settings?? Did you make sure to have a local profile only? No Mandatory or roaming?

Thank you for the explanation. I believe my problem was that I just didn't understand what I was looking at. It seems to be working now and I was able to see in the log that this is the case.
