I see a couple of old-ish threads on this topic but I don't see any resolutions. For the last couple months, my Support Assistant monthly report indicates that no bundles were received by VMware. However, when I look in my Support Assistant plugin, pro-active monitoring has been enabled and the bundles have been collected successfully. I do have one failed pro-active upload back in December... could that be interfering with the newer ones?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
