Anyway to save 'Date Modified'?

I have a user complaining that his 'Recent Places' is not saving the date modified, so will only have the date and time he logged on and the files were added to Windows by UEM.

Is there anyway to capture the 'Date Modified' time with UEM?

I just got it working.

I hadn't turned on 'Retain file modification dates' in the 'Profile Archives' Group Policy

Thanks for the reply Smiley Happy.

So in the below screenshot, all the ones highlighted in yellow are from a previous session. If you look at the date and time, they are all from this morning when i logged off and back on again.

If i log off and back on again now, they will all be there, including the ones i haven't highlighted with the date and time that i logged onto the VM again, e.g. 20/02/2018 14:40.

So, it is not remembering the date it was created, only the date and time it was added every time you login to a VM. I am not even sure it would be possible but this is a PIA user so want to make sure before telling him its not possible.

Hope that makes sense?

ok, and what is your VM UEM Script here? Do you Import/Export ? Are you Processing this during logon/logoff ? Any Triggered Tasks ?

In my environment we do not "safe" our recent links over VM UEM, we do this via folder redirection so I have to think in your environment, maxima culpa Smiley Happy

Thanks!
