Is it ok to clone VM to a host while its replicated to another?

I'm on ESXi 6.5.0 (7526125).

Is it ok to create a clone of a VM to a disaster recovery ESXi host while that VM is also part of Replication to a backup ESXi host?

In other words, can you clone and replicate a VM at the same time?

As far as I remember - you can.

If this option is not greyd out, you definitely can.

Thanks.  The option is not greyed out.  However, I believe that for the second time in a couple weeks that the clone operation failed with a 'time out' issue, which then seems to be followed by various errors about files being locked.  I'm still working through what happened with that (and have another message posted here for it).
