I am new with hyperic hq.
1. Is these any way to specify/configure the so that the when alert generated the email should use html_email.gsp instead of text_email.gsp file inside \server-n.n.n-EE\hq-engine\hq-server\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\alertTemplates diretory.
2.Is there any ways to modify the text_email.gsp file and it will allow to render the plane HTML tags like " <font color="red">This is some text!</font> " etc ??
