failed to deploy ovf package a general system error occurred transfer failed

Hi,

We are not able to deploy ovf package after upgrading vcenter from 6.0 to 6.5.

We are getting below error.

"failed to deploy ovf package a general system error occurred transfer failed"

We also updated the VCenter to latest version i.e. vCenter Server 6.5 Update 1e but still facing same issue.

Please advise.

Could you provide vpxd.log that covers time of the error so we can check it?

Alternatively you can try to deploy that ovf with ovf tool, you can find all steps in below KB
