I have 2 VMware icons in Dock

I have 2 VMware icons in the dock, 1) FMware Fusion and 2) VMware Unity  - Windows 8.1 x64.  How can I correct this problem so I can once again use Fusion?

Finally figured out that I could go to "View", then scroll down and choose Unity or "Single Window" which I prefer.  Solved the problem myself.

The "VMware Unity - VM name" icon will appear while you switch a Windows VM to Unity mode. Click it can show the application menu to access some useful menu items and guest applications of this Windows VM. After exit Unity mode or power off the VM, it will disappear automatically. If you've kept it in Dock, drag&drop to remove it from Dock.

When I start Fusion, above the window is a message..."Waiting for Unity.  VMware Fusion cannot enter  Unity.  Please wait until Unity automatically starts, or interact with the virtual machine below."   Fusion keeps opening and closing.  I attempt to drag and drop the VMware Unity-Windows 8.1 x64 but it goes right back into the dock.  I a hoping someone can help me get Fusion back to working.  Getting frustrating.
