What is a 'queue' in an Orchestrator error message.

Using the error message below as an example, what is a 'queue'? Is it a workflow token?

This is not an Orchestrator error message, but something coming probably from vRA/IaaS.

Not 100% sure, but this "queue" thing looks like name/ID of some Event Broker message queue, not a vRO workflow token ID.

Yes, this is from vRA. I figured all of the parameters were related to Orchestrator. Would EBS message queues be persistent or transient?
