NSX not updating in vRNI

About 2 weeks ago I set up our vRNI evaluation and it's been collecting data; I've been using it to help get our NSX DFW set up. I've since set up several security groups and firewall rules and I was hoping to use vRNI to verify the new rules and make sure I didn't miss anything but it doesn't seem to be updating with the new NSX configuration changes. It looks like it's still picking up flow information but it can't see any security groups or firewall rules. Our only source right now is our vCenter server but the only other option is a Flow Collector and we don't have any of those. Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks for any help.

Please review the Troubleshooting Firewall section of the NSX Troubleshooting Guide - https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-NSX-for-vSphere/6.4/nsx_64_troubleshooting.pdf. Can you confirm that DFW is working and there are no issues publishing Firewall rules?

Having vCenter as a datasource will only get you visibility in to vCenter inventory and flows.  The NSX Manager needs to be added as a separate source in order to see DFW rules, SGs, etc., however, if the only options for data sources you're seeing are vCenter and flow collector, it sounds like you might still have it in evaluation mode, in which case, switching to the full product via the green button (which should appear on the login page in the lower right) should enable you to add other data sources like NSX Manager(s), hardware switches, etc.
