Instant clones customisation time

Hello, how log does it take for a desktop to become available and complete customisation in your environment? In mine it's more than 2:15 minutes, is this expected?

Hello,

Publishing the master image W10 in my test environment from start until cloning takes around 10,5 minutes, deploying the desktop with an available status in Horizon takes around 12 seconds.

Note that I've got no additional customization, in a production environment with more Group policy's It takes more than that.

What you can check is the number of computer policy's

question  when  you  create  your  Instant  Clones  are  you  able  to  use PCOIP  as default  or  you  have  to  use  Blast  please  let me know thanks.

Yes you can use PCoIP, but make sure you don't enable vGPU
