I am getting black screen when I connect to vm's from Horizon client. It does not disconnect or give me any message but just black screen and stays like that until I manually disconnect .
View connection server 7.3.2, Server 2008 R2
View agent 7.3.2 on the vm's
Horizon client 4.5.0
VM's have Windows 7 installed
If I install View agent 5.3.7 on the vm, I am able to connect even though the connection server is 7.3.2
The ports are all correct and configured.
I am connecting through PCoIP although I can connect through RDP
The monitors and the video memory settings are correct.
Has anyone faced this problem?
I am not sure what to look for to fix this.
Thank you in advance and appreciate it.

Thanks @Parmarr for the links.
I was able to login by increasing the VRAM on the vm's in my test environment. I will have to test it with the end users' vms
I am also testing another scenario:
View Connection server 5.3.4
View Agent 7.3.2
OS - Win 7
When I try to login to the VM's through the View client with the version of the CS mentioned above, I get a black screen and after about a minute or so, get a message, 'Connection to the remote computer timed out'
Does it have anything to do with TLS since there is no entry for TLS in the CS version 5.3.4?
Any ideas or questions is appreciated.
Thank you.
Review the agent logs on the VM. If you refresh them, you can point them to a syslog server.
Also, just to add, make sure you have the agents installed in the right order as a black screen is a symptom of it:
Thank you TechGuy.
I have checked the logs and don't see anything in it.
Yes, the agent and the tools are installed in correct order.
Any other ideas?
Thank you.
