Experience: Assign VDP to vCenter 6.5

Hi,

does anyone have experience with assigning VDP to new vCenter Version 6.5?

I know we have to upgrade our VDP to Version 6.1.3. Are there any issues we have to be afraid of?

Cheers,

Daniel

Hi

VDP 6.1.3 is pretty stable release and has no issues with VC 6.5

I would say stick to 6.1.3 then upgrade to 6.1.4 based on reviews on stability.

Hi SavkoorSuhas ,

May I know if the latest version of VMware VDP is compatible with VCenter v6.5 and ESXi v6.5 (VM hardware 11)?

Not sure of which VDP version currently being utilized. If upgrading VDP, please look into upgrade issue available @ vSphere Data Protection 6.1.5 Release Notes
