Hi,

There does not seem to be a problem with memory, there is a problem with the file, what exactly you want to run, or x64 bit support. you are already using x86.

I want to test  the project or App on BlackBerry 10 simulator and BB 10 simulator runs only when proper VMware client package exists.

You have a few issues:

First the OS you have is 32-bit Windows 8.1 (aside from not being activated). VMware Workstation Pro/Player 12.5.x/14.x (the versions that are still supported by VMware) requires a 64-bit OS for the host. The last version that supported 32-bit host OS was some years ago.

Second issue is the CPU does not VT-x technology. So even if you use a 64-bit host OS (whether Windows 7/8/10 or Linux), without VT-x, VMware Workstation Pro/Player 12.5.x/14.x may not be able to power up VMs. The CPU that you have is from 2006 (which predates even Windows 7).

So you should find a computer with an Intel CPU that has VT-x feature, preferrably with Extended Page Table as well and a 64-bit host OS. EPT feature makes memory-intensive VMs run faster. At the very least you should look at CPU that is Westmere generation and later (2010). These would have other CPU features that Pentium E2160 does not have (e.g. AES instruction set for faster encryption/decryption). You can use the Intel ARK site https://ark.intel.com site to look at the CPU features.
