In SRM whenever Recovery Plan History Reports are generated, these are in UTC 0. Can this report be changed in to specific time zone, Please refer the screenshot for more details.
The reports should be in the time zone of the server SRM was installed on. Is that not the case for you?

no, it is not getting generated in the same format as you can check the screenshot attached above.
Currently this is an expected behavior that the HTML report displays time zone in UTC 0.This is by design until latest releases.
You can certainly raise a feature request as per the KB artcile VMware Knowledge Base .
