Redirect windows search index to prevent Outlook rebuild it in floating VDI environment

Greetings everyone!

In our IT-environment we are using Horizon View with floating pools.

And we faced with the problem of using search function in MS Outlook 2010 (public IMAP server), because it is using windows search and the index rebuilds every time, when user connects to another VM then before.

We've tried to setup solution described in this article https://communities.vmware.com/thread/546031 but it didn't work.

Is there any solutions how to use search in Outlook with floating VDI?
