HPE patches failing to download to VUM

Is anyone else having this issue?  I am getting the below error message when trying to download HPE patches:

"Cannot download software packages from patch source.  Check the events and the Update Manager log for download details"

The VMware patches are working fine and I am using the new HPE download location:

http://vibsdepot.hpe.com/index.xml

http://vibsdepot.hpe.com/index-drv.xml

Can you check if those patches are recalled?

Same issue here.. VCenter 6.5U1 Were you able to find the cause?
