SRM Services Keeps Crashing

Hello All

we have a SRM at version 6.0 and vcenter at 6.0 update 1. the array manager is from Hitachi . we already has a par of array managers replicated and working as expected .all was working until we decide to add a new array manager pair for a new datastore group for replication in SRM .

we added the array manager individually to the sites, when added to the DR location array manager, all went as expected and when we did the same on the production side, the SRM service starts crashing .

have tried repairing modifying the SRM service without any help, even tried a re-install with the same Database, but no use as the service start and then crashes . the following are seen in the logs

2017-11-13T14:33:58.127-05:00 [06956 panic 'Default' opID=1022c32a]

With the backtraces you're receiving, I'd recommend you open an SR with VMware support to get to the bottom of these occurrences.

Hello!

When did you start to get this issue? Were there any changes before?

@Finikiez yes the backtrace seems similar, but no component was upgraded and the only thing which was done was an attempt to add a new array manager

Just wanted to let you know .

Using a script from vmware to remove all the array mention of array from the DB and then upgrade it to 6.1.0 seems to have resolved the issue
