SSO not working from a Thin Client (iGEL)

Hi all

We are facing the following problem:

We are implementing VMware IDM 3.0 for our Horizon 6.2 Environment.
The thing is, that we cannot get Single Sign on from the Thin Client to IDM working.

We have (we think) we have all the prerequisites met, but unfortunatly we cannot get SSO working.

(User needs to login twice, once on the Thin Client and then into the IDM)

Any suggestions where to look?

Could you check if the Enable SSO option on the Horizon Workspace Connector Administrator web interface is selected. The functionality should be enabled by default during configuration. If it is not enabled, this would prevent SSO from functioning.

Hi, thanks for youre response!
We have it almost working now. My labs works as it should, the production environment almost.
The only we encounter now is that when we logon to the thin client / vdi and then go to the portal we need to fill in the userprincipalname, after that it logs automatically to the IDM,

We have in IDM multiple domains in 1 connector, I think that is the "problem" because when tryiing to login you have in 1 tenant multiple domains to choose from. I think we need to create a connector per domain in order to have SSO fully functional.

What do you think?
