I can't seem to find anything on traffic marking for port groups. Is anyone doing this via PowerCLI? Can you point me in the right direction please?

I think it's CoS tagging, but VMware may call it QoS. If you look at the settings of a dvport group you can tag certain traffic with CoS values and DSCP values and create rules for ingress, egress, or both.
