I have just upgraded my vSphere infrastructure from 6.0 to 6.5u1. After update vmware tools some windows server 2016 (not all of then) presented BSOD on reboot.

Nothing seeams to solve, already tried safe mode, change scsi adapter...

Any idea anyone?

Please contact VMware customer support and provide vm-support bundle. You need to restore your VM backup/snapshot for now.
