Application Pool

Hi gurus

First time trying to create an application pool.

I have deployed an RDS host, then  I created the farm and last an application pool testing with notepad, but for some reason, I get the message

"That the connection has been established and that the program is loading" but after a few, I get the session has being disconnected

would someone be able to help me on this?

From the error, I see this must be a communication problem. Could you please check the documentation link below and see if it helps:
