How to migration kernel port from VSS to VDS

My server has only one physical Nic,How to migrate management network(vmkernel) from VSS to VDS.

I don't think that is possible, we need atleast two vmnics from non-disruptive migration. You can test this in labs like VMware Hands-on lab before trying in production environment.

You say there's only one physical NIC. But you didn't specify how many ports this NIC has. As long as it's more than 1, you can use other ports to connect the vDS.

You can use this kb article; VMware Knowledge Base  

but you must migrate the up-link adapter at the same time, which means the standard switch won't have an uplink

If you have just one port, you can make it a trunk port and use VLANs to separate the management traffic from the VM traffic?
