Not able to power off VM on one particular esxi host(5.0)

Hi All,

I am not able to power off few VMs which is on one particular esxi(5.0) host. I  am getting error while trying to power off VMs from vSphere  Client.

Really its worked and I am able to perform task using these commands, but I would like to ask that why I am getting same error with same VMs every time when I want to power off these VMs.

Please suggest on it.

If this keeps happening then it usually indicates a problem with the underlying infrastructure, such as the ESX installation or the hardware.

What do these VMs have in common that is different from the other non effected VMs?

These all VMs only on one ESXi host and only this thing is common.
