I'm having a weird intermittent issue that I hope someone else has encountered.
Running Horizon 7.1 with Unified Access Gateway.
A couple of time in recent days, users attempt to authenticate via the HTML client. They are fully entitled to use the system, but they after entering credentials they get the error message "You are not entitled to use the system".
Later, they will try again but everything will work as it should. So it is an intermittent issue, and I'm having a devil of a time trying to figure out the what and why behind this problem.
I've checked Connection server log files but don't see any smoking guns. I've also checked UAG logs when a user login fails, I see this message:
ERROR interceptor.ViewXMLDocument [updateReverseDocumentWithError: 287]
Followed by:
XML API error for tag get-authentication-status:not authenticated
I have no idea what the above means, so I was hoping someone else might have a clue!
