unable to establish a valid connection to the target system vrops

I upgraded to vSphere 6.5 Update 1 on all instance, ie, SRM, PSC,vSphere Replication and vCenter.

Also upgraded to latest release version 6.6.1.6163035 of vRealize Operations Manager.

I noted that the SRM collector had stopped working and so attempted to reconfigure  the existing instance with the existing credentials. These credentials were MS domain credentials authenticated through PSC. However, i noted that non of the PSC described credentails passed the Connections test. I then changed these credentials to the the vSphere Domain  Admin  of one of the SRM sites and test connection succeeded.  Within a minute the SRM adapter was receiving Data.

Are you just making a statement on how others might fix the issue you encountered, or are you asking a question? You've posted in the vRA forum, so I'm not sure if you're implying you're having trouble interesting the two solutions.

Yes.

I just want others to use this solution in case they have encountered the same problem.

Honestly, this is my first post ever on any forum.

It is meant for vRealize Operations Manager.
