VMware player saying: "It cannot allocate memory", why?

Hey guys,

I just installed VMware Player 14 to my Fedora 26 and now my VMs would not start saying it cannot allocate memory for them. My PC has 16GB of memory, it says it has 9G free, my VMs have 4GB configured, why is it not finding memory to allocate?

Note: Version 12.5 on Fedora 25 could allocate memory just fine for the same VMs.

Any idea why is it saying this?

Does your Fedora 26 host use kernel 4.13? You can try according to this thread Not enough physical memory is available
