Did you already try to unencrypt the VM ?

the vm was protected with password and encrypted so if am trying to log in firstly he will ask me the password and once  i enter the correct password this message appear to me included in the file

Try deleting those temp files. Can't remember which one(s) they are but someone should be able to help with that. That is what I have done in the past to fix it.

We doublechecked that tmp-files are not a problem in your case already.
